All orders received before 14:00 hrs GMT during working days will be processed on the same day and shipped within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Back-Orders will be notified within 24 hours.
UK
Postage and Packaging will be £6.99 (GBP) and will be sent via Registered Courier. The dispatch of small packages for a reduced price is currently under review, and is likely to utilise Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery (usually 3-5 working days Mainland UK)
Europe
Postage and Packaging will be by arrangement (no restrictions on value / weight) and will use an accredited courier for your designated area (Usually 7-14 working days). You will be contacted and asked to approve the cost before the package is sent.
We will endeavour to return all products that arrive with you unfit for the purpose they were intended.
Returns:
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ensure that the details passed to us in your order are correct.
If you have found another item for which you wish to exchange a product, please return the original purchase to us and we will gladly exchange the goods, subject to resale condition. If you would like a refund, we will return the monies to using the same method originally used to purchase your products. When returning goods to us please write reason and request on the back of the invoice, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below.
Faulty Products:
If goods are thought to be faulty, please contact us prior to arranging within a reasonable time from purchase. If the goods are damaged or faulty, an exchange or credit will be given as appropriate.
Cancellation:
Any customer has the right to cancel a product order. If that product has already been despatched, then it can be returned to us (in re-saleable condition) and a refund, exchange or credit will be given as appropriate (excluding the package and postage costs.) If you wish to exchange the goods for an alternative, then this will be sent out package and postage free, using our normal 2-3 working days service.
Please note we suggest using UPS/ParcelForce Trackback at your local Post Office, in order to return the goods back to us. We can not accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us.
